Commission Rules + Terms of Service + Guidelines!

Commission slots are limited at all times, but if you are approved for one we will continue to discuss prices and the commission's specifications via your preferred method of DM.

After discussing the final price, I will proceed to create and send over an invoice. Unless otherwise arranged, you have a maximum of five days to pay or I will drop the order.

The stages of your commission are as follows: rough sketch, painted lines, colors (flats; if applicable), final rendering. Refunds are not available after the rough sketch has been approved.

You are allowed to request one [1] major change after the final piece has been completed without charge before I charge any additional fees for further changes. This is to account for any mistakes or important details I may have missed.

I will email the final piece to you at full resolution. My signature will be on it, you are not permitted to edit this out on regular artwork. My signature will not be on tattoo pieces if that is its intended use unless requested.

MUST confirm that you are 18+ when commissioning me, no exceptions—not even for tattoo designs.
All prices are in US $ Dollars and will be processed through your preferred digital method of money transfer.
Payment upfront is required; clients have up to FIVE DAYS to pay or make the first payment, I will not begin working until the payment is made.
I am willing to arrange payment plans ONLY if I have worked with you once before and know you are reliable. Discuss with me prior if you need such arrangements.
Please allow up to three weeks to a month for completion, depending on how busy I am at the time. I will try to communicate with you if things may go slowly, but my turnaround rate is never longer than 2 months.
WILL DRAW ✅ :
♡ - monsters, humans, humanoid (alien, creature, whatever), dubcon, noncon, incest, gore/guro, fanart/fan characters, OCs, Kink/Fetish, tattoo designs of any style
WILL NOT DRAW ❌ :
X - Anthro/furries (horns, ears, tails, etc on humanoids OK), extremely detailed mecha (I'm still learning these), Pedophilia/Loli [it is a squick, nothing more, fiction is fiction to me and I judge nothing as long as it is fictional].

BY COMMISSIONING TEMPESTASULTIMA, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
☆ I retain the right to edit, crop, and modify your commission as a sample/promotional image—this is only concerning promotions about future posts for commissions/commission work. I will not re-sell or reuse a commission with the intent to merchandise it elsewhere.
☆ If you choose to repost/re-upload the commission you MUST include proper credit (a small link somewhere is acceptable via an (x) or something)
☆ You may NOT claim the commission as your own creation
☆ You may NOT edit, alter, or change the commission with intent to call it your own artwork—Filters, using them for memes, cropping for icons, etc are OK. If you would like an alternate expression or to color a sketch piece yourself, let me know so we can discuss.
☆ You may use the commission you purchased as an icon, banner, or overlay for a stream/roleplay account, etc.
☆ Any design or artwork commissioned is for personal use ONLY and may not be used for profit. Do NOT duplicate my artwork or use it as a basis for or element in merchandise you intend to sell, unless we have discussed it and I have given approval.
☆ You will receive a High-Resolution version of the commission with my signature included, all public versions will have a watermark, yours will be the only one without a watermark.
☆ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason
☆ I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time—Reasons include but are not limited to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, etc.
☆ Commissions are non-refundable after approval of the initial sketch
☆ Failure to abide by the TOS may result in being blacklisted/blocked/etc.
